Shipping policy

 

In-stock items almost always ship on the next business day after an order is placed. Occasionally, there may be a small delay before your order can ship, particularly with large items such as our 2,500ml diffusers and refills. But we promise you that it will be worth the wait.

Our typical shipping option is ground shipping from UPS or FedEx. Some small items will have an $8.95 USPS flat rate shipping option. 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico due to restrictions for shipping products containing alcohol.
