Customer Service and Returns
We have yet to find anyone who doesn't love Acqua dell'Elba fragrances, but in case you would like to return your product after purchasing at acquadellelba.us, please be aware of the following guidelines:
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com with a photograph of the item you would like to return to receive an authorization number. Returns without an authorization number or not returned in original packaging will not be accepted.
Acqua dell’Elba USA also reserves the right to refuse returns for products which contain an amount that is less than would reasonably be expected after a 30-day "trial" period. We'll always try to give customers the benefit of the doubt, but please don't take advantage of our policy.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please also be aware that some carriers may impose restrictions on the shipment of perfume or fragrance products. Consult your chosen carrier for additional information.
To ensure proper return processing, returns must be sent using a tracked service from USPS or carriers such as UPS and FedEx and the tracking number provided to our customer service team. Returns sent without tracking may require further investigation and subject to restocking fee of $10.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
