Terrible experience

First I placed my order and three weeks later was told that it had been lost in the fulfillment process; didn't even get to the shipping point. The company had to resubmit my order all over again. Once that was done, I was then told that the display plates I ordered (which were all confirmed in the first order) were now not available and I never received them.

The most beautiful container and scent!
